ARC Buyer Concierge
One buyer-side plan for your Algarve viewing trip.
ARC brings your buyer brief, priority properties, estate-agent appointments, route planning, chauffeured viewing day and post-viewing next steps into one coherent service.
Independent. Buyer-side. One point of continuity across multiple agents and properties.

The value
Make the viewing trip serve the decision.
A short trip can quickly become a sequence of unrelated appointments arranged by different agents. ARC gives the day one buyer-side structure.
We help you decide which properties deserve your time, organise a realistic itinerary and add the local context needed to compare each address properly.
What this changes for you
Your priorities are converted into one working buyer brief.
Properties are considered against the same criteria before the day is planned.
Appointments across multiple estate agents are brought into one itinerary.
Travel time is used to understand micro-location and daily logistics.
Each property is compared consistently rather than in isolation.
Questions for lawyers, surveyors, builders or other professionals are identified clearly.
The question is not how many doors you can open. It is whether the properties, areas and compromises make sense for the life you want to live.

One buyer brief
The engagement is built around one purchasing household and one agreed search direction.
Listings reviewed
Proposed properties are filtered before limited viewing time is committed.
Viewings planned
Up to five may be possible where the route, property type and access make this realistic.
Package validity
The included Concierge Day must be used within the agreed service window.
Third-party costs are separate: estate agents remain responsible for their listings and property access. Lawyers, surveyors, builders, architects, accountants, mortgage professionals and other specialists are appointed separately and charge their own fees.
How it works
From your priorities to a focused viewing day.
Define the brief
Clarify the property, area and daily-life requirements that should govern the search.
Prioritise and coordinate
Review the proposed listings, liaise with the respective agents and build one workable itinerary.
Complete the Concierge Day
Travel with ARC between viewings while understanding each property's wider context.
Compare and progress
Separate the strongest options from the compromises and identify the right next checks.
Viewing capacity
A realistic day, not a viewing quota.
ARC normally plans around four substantive property appointments during a full Concierge Day. Up to five may be possible where properties are compact, geographically close and available at suitable times.
Large villas, rural or renovation properties, longer journeys, access delays, professional meetings and detailed local orientation require more time and may reduce the number of appointments.
Town centres, supermarkets and routine errands.
School, activity and healthcare routes where relevant.
Beach, leisure, restaurant and social access.
Road connections, traffic pinch points and car dependency.
The difference between town, village, resort and rural addresses.
How the micro-location supports—or compromises—the Buyer Brief.
The service reserves a properly managed buyer day. It does not guarantee a fixed number of viewings.
Typical planning range
Typical planning range
Compact apartments in one town or development
Mixed apartments, townhouses and villas nearby
Large villas, rural homes or renovation properties
Viewings plus a professional meeting
The context between appointments
Understand what each address means in everyday life.
The route between viewings is part of the service. ARC uses it to explain how each property connects to the places and routines that will shape an ordinary week.

Payment
Reserve the engagement with 50%.
