Paul founded ARC — Algarve Relocation Concierge from a genuine love for the Algarve, its communities and the many different ways of living here. Having made the region his home, he understands that choosing where to live is about far more than the property itself. It is about the daily rhythm, local connections, school and work routines, access to services and whether the area still feels right on an ordinary Tuesday in February.

His passion for Algarve property grew from seeing how often overseas buyers focus on a listing before fully understanding its surroundings. Through ARC, Paul helps clients start with the life they want to create, then identify the towns, villages and micro-locations most capable of supporting it. His approach is personal, candid and buyer-side, with one aim: to help people see beyond the listing and find an Algarve location where they can genuinely feel at home.
